No.1 - Newtown

This project was staged over three years as follows: -

1. Stage one involved the removal and replacement of an existing floor located at the front of the house.

2. Stage two involved the remodelling of an existing bathroom, creation of sunroom, new floor at rear of house and new external deck.

3. The owners remained in occupation during both stages of the works.
